SAVE THE DATE: 2nd SALAMANDER® RUN IN TÜRKHEIM

Running for a Good Cause – Charity Run in Support of the St. Nikolaus Children’s Hospice

Türkheim, June 2025 – Following the tremendous success of its debut last September, which saw over 800 registrations, the SALAMANDER® RUN is back for a second round. The starting signal will be given on 25 September 2025 at 5:30 PM on the premises of Salamander Industrie-Produkte GmbH in Türkheim. Accreditation opens as early as 3:15 PM, and especially for participants from the surrounding area the early arrival is recommended. The official event start is at 5:00 PM.

This 5-kilometre charity run once again leads through the picturesque Wertachauen and is open to all who enjoy movement and wish to support a worthy cause. Whether you are a seasoned runner, a Nordic walking enthusiast, or prefer a gentle stroll – everyone is welcome at the SALAMANDER® RUN. The entry fee is 10 euros and will be donated in full to the St. Nikolaus Children’s Hospice in Bad Grönenbach.

The second edition of the SALAMANDER® RUN offers another opportunity for the local community to come together and strengthen the spirit of togetherness. At the same time, it promotes health and the joy of being active.

Every Finisher is a Winner

The focus is not on top athletic performance, but on shared experience and supporting a meaningful cause. As a thank-you, every participant will receive a finisher T-shirt. Again this year group entries are also possible. A designated team leader can register and coordinate their group. At the start and finish area on Salamander’s company grounds, participants can look forward to refreshments and an entertaining supporting programme.
